Rhythm Speaks Life offers high-energy choreography training for parties and events, fun and engaging Zumba classes for adults and youth, and empowering programs for girls, including step team and “Girls with Superpowers” workshops that build confidence, teamwork, and self-expression through dance.

Rhythm Speaks Life, established in 2017, is a dynamic dance company specializing in choreographing routines for parties, special events, classes, and competitions. We offer engaging instruction in Hip-Hop, Salsa, Merengue, Bachata, and contemporary movement, inspiring dancers of all ages to build confidence, creativity, and stage presence through the power of rhythm and expression.

Zumba for All Ages | Fitness Through Fun

Certified Zumba Instructor offering high-energy classes for both adults and youth. I have led engaging sessions in public libraries, schools, after-school programs, and private parties, creating fun and inclusive spaces where participants build confidence, improve endurance, and experience the joy of dance-based fitness.

GWS: Youth Leadership & Step Team

Girls with Superpowers Youth Workshops & Step Dance is an empowering program designed to build confidence, leadership, and sisterhood among young girls through creative workshops and high-energy step dance. The program blends movement, mentorship, and personal development to inspire participants to embrace their strengths, express themselves boldly, and step into their power both on and off the stage.
